Single Point Registration (Government Purchase Registration)
The Government is the single largest buyer of a variety of goods. NSIC registers Micro & small Enterprises (MSEs) under Single Point Registration scheme (SPRS) for participation in Government Purchases.

Micro and small enterprises with their individual capacity face problems to procure large orders due to various restrictions in the tender. In such case NSIC adopts a consortia approach and these orders are distributed to micro and small units according to their production capacity.

NSIC's Raw Material Assistance Scheme helps micro and small enterprises by way of financing the purchase of Raw Material (both indigenous & imported).
- Financial Assistance for procurement of Raw Materials upto 90 days against bank guarantee
- Bulk purchase of basic raw materials at competitive rates.
- NSIC facilitates import of scares raw materials.
- NSIC takes care of all the procedures, documentation.
To procure financial requirements of MSME units, NSIC has entered MOU with various banks.
To upgrade micro and small enterprises competence in terms of business and technologies by the way of getting rated through independent, renowned and professional rating agencies empanelled with NSIC.
The ratings enhance the creditability in business and help them in getting timely credit from banks at low rate of interest.
